At the MAC USDAA agility trial in Cannon Falls on Feb. 21, and 22nd, Ace and handler Terry discovered the fun of the game of Snooker. Snooker is a game of strategy as well as skill and time. Obstacles are worth certain number of points and you earn those points by negotiating the obstacle correctly and in a certain order. They qualified in both Snooker runs of the week-end and managed a first and a second place finish. They also qualified in a Jumpers run. The trial is held in a horse arena and the temperature was rather chilly, so the conditions were not ideal. Abby and Mellie had to sit out the trial as they were both in heat at the same time and were not allowed to compete.
