St. Croix Valley KC Dog Show/Agility Trial Results

On August 25th and 26th at the St. Croix Valley Kennel Club dog show and agility trial, three Alasera dogs showed off their stuff. Abby and Ace both showed in the conformation ring and Abby took Reserve Winners Bitch on Sunday.

On Saturday, Abby qualified in both of her agility runs, earning a first place finish in both the Jumpers With Weaves and the Standard courses. Mellie qualified in her Standard run on Saturday and earned more MACH points as well as picked up a fourth place finish. Abby almost had her Novice Jumpers With Weaves title, but for a misplaced jump due to my mis-reading the course. (We missed our walk-through while she showed in the conformation ring). She was 20 seconds under course time-an incredible time as this was only the third day of Abby’s trialing in agility competition and I couldn’t be happier with her progress.
