On November 25 and 26, at the TCOTC agility trial, Mellie qualified in two of her four runs. She had two second place finishes and earned 24 more points toward her Master Agility Champion title. No double q’s yet, but we are just getting started. She earned legs toward both her MX and MXJ titles.

On November 11, at the St. Paul Dog Training Club’s agility trial, Mellie qualified in both her Excellent B Jumpers With Weaves and Excellent A Standard classes. This was her very first trial after a 6 month hiatus from agility trials due to raising her puppies. She managed a fourth place finish in Jumpers and earned 7 points toward her MACH title. She also placed first in her Standard class earning the last leg for her Excellent A Standard title (AX). We’ll now be competing in the Excellent B classes, hopefully earning more MACH points and some double qualifying runs. Mellie shows off her ribbons and prizes for a good day’s work. Congrats Mellie!
